THE GREAT GAME OF BUSINESS

"Scoreboards & Keeping Score"

There’s an old saying in business: “What gets measured gets managed.” At this month’s lunch seminar, we’ll help make sure the things you need to manage get measured.

Try to think of an athletic competition without a scoreboard. The very thought is ludicrous. Yet most of us run our businesses every day with no visible indicators of progress or success. How much more productive could your operation be if your people knew the work they were doing was being measured, and perhaps even more importantly, was making a difference in the company’s big picture?

Come to our April lunch seminar and you’ll learn:

·      How to turn boring financial statements into exciting, real-time measures of business success for your entire team

·         How to get rank-and-file people involved in designing, creating and updating scoreboards

·         Innovative ways to measure and scoreboard important business drivers - beyond simple financial results

TWO BONUSES IN APRIL …

·         Our meeting will be held at The Booksource. This successful, family-owned business has been using Great Game of Business principles and practices for several years, experiencing terrific results. Booksource is a 2011 Great Game All Star Finalist (award winners will be announced at our international conference, held right here in St. Louis May 4-6) and has scoreboards everywhere. A plant tour to see their scoreboards is included!

·         Bring photos of your own scoreboards, or if you prefer bring the actual scoreboard. We’ll have prizes for anyone who brings one in, and special prizes for especially creative scoreboards!

Attendance is limited to 30 people, so sign up today!
